چکیده

A new betacoronavirus (CoV-2) is responsible for the pandemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) that began in China at end 2019, today known as COronaVIrus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Subsequent studies confirmed human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (hACE2) main cell receptor spike trimeric glycoprotein, located on viral envelope, mediating CoV-2 invasion into host cells through receptor-binding domain (RBD) spike. Computational analysis experimental 3D structures spike–ACE2 complexes evidenced distinguishing features molecular interactions RBD-cell binding interface between and previous CoV-1. The represents a key target drug design well an optimal antigen RNA/viral vector vaccines monoclonal antibodies order to maximize prevention therapy COVID-19.

Odontogenic tumors contain a heterogeneous collection of lesions that are categorized from hamartomas to benign and malignant neoplasms of inconstant aggressiveness. Odontogenic tumors are usually extraordinary with assessed frequency of short of 0.5 cases/100,000 population for every year. The lesions such as odontogenic tumors are inferred from the components of the tooth-structuring contrapt...

Ricin Toxicity: Clinical and Molecular Aspects

Seeds of the castor bean plant Ricinuscommunis L (CB) contain ricin toxin (RT), one of the most poisonous naturally-occurring substances known. Ricin toxin, a water-soluble glycoprotein that does not partition into the oil extract, is a ribosome-inactivating toxin composed of two chains, labeled A and B. Severity of the toxicity varies depending on the route of exposure to the toxin. Inhalation...
